Returns
Due to our products being made specifically to your request, we do not accept any returns, exchanges or cancellations. Once your purchase is made it cannot be cancelled.
Please make sure to double check your order prior to submitting. We make your order according to your specifications. Due to the product being completely personalized, we CANNOT accept returns or give refunds. We here at Southern Charm strive to produce the highest quality products. However, sometimes a blemish is overlooked. This is the only instance where a return will be processed. In the event an item arrives to you with a blemish or is damaged you must report it to us within 7 days of receipt. A replacement will be processed and shipped to you if the item is still available. If not, a refund will be processed if said item is not available. Blemishes and damage is defined as; holes, tears or rips.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom orders, sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Due to orders being made to your specifications, we do not provide exchanges unless the item arrived to you damaged. Please check sizing charts for accurate sizing. If you have a questions about sizing please email us at southerncharm.personalizing@gmail.com.
Refunds
Due to items being made to your specifications we cannot offer refunds.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
